IHOP

"My friend and I went to breakfast on Valentine's Day morning we each had an omelet and both of them were delicious. Our server was fantastic she kept us in drinks and condiments and was quick to grab a leftovers box for me when I asked. The price was competitive."

"This location is always packed, and you can expect a wait to get seated unless you are going in the afternoon. Staff is usually friendly even during busy times. Food orders have always comes out hot fresh and as ordered. Wait times to order are not too bad at all, and foods comes out within the expected amount of time. Staff is always very helpful with making changes and custom orders. Food has always been tasty, and they change up with special items for movies all the time. Overall, this ihop is as you would we expect everything to be and a decent place to get your breakfast"

"Came here Christmas morning for breakfast as they were one of the only places open. Busy but they got us in quickly for a large party. We love ihop pancakes. Service was great. It didn’t go smoothly but again they were busy and they were quick to fix. Food tasted good but it came out warm like it had been left for a while. French toast sticks were yummy. Great prices for a large family!"

"Kennewick iHop is by far my favorite place. Great prices, Great food, and Great staff. Harmony is clearly an amazing GM. The staff is always friendly, never have to ask for refills, and plates are cleared off our table timely. My big thing is always the cost compared to portions and iHop is stellar with this. Susan and Lauren are active in the community and takes care of their staff. We LOVE Kennewick iHop!!!!"

"Review is like 3.5 stars, but that is not an option. So it's a chain, so it has chain style food which is fine since I know that when eating at places like this means- not an innovative meal, but usually a consistent one. The restaurant was clean with very friendly servers (the waiter was fantastic!). But they must be short staffed in the kitchen because with a nearly empty restaurant the food took over 45 minutes. I really appreciated that my food came out exactly how I asked when at many places they make mistakes with my choices. Hash browns were extra crispy (and I heard the waiter confirm before it was brought out, which is awesome), my over easy eggs were cooked correctly (no undercooked whites which is a pet peeve), toast was dry as requested (many places slather it in butter ignoring my request), the lemon ricotta berry crepe was damn delicious, bacon crispy, pancakes fluffy, ect. Also I love that they have vegetarian sausage now, and it's actually quite tasty. So why only 3.5 stars with all these positives? Well...the food was cold. Not sure how long it sat before being brought out, but nothing was warm. Also several items were forgotten, until requested. The seasonal holiday drink was missing a component and this was left unmentioned when ordering. Food also took a long time considering how few customers there were, which made it coming to the table cold more unacceptable. Also, the French toast isn't great. The bread was not soaked nearly long enough for how thick it was, so the inside was basically toast instead of the custard texture it should be. But overall, it was decent breakfast fare, and I'd be willing to eat here again."
