"We went into the T Room to get some drinks and celebrate my fiance's birthday. We were ignored for 15 minutes. I said "hi" to both of the bartenders twice, and got no response. When I said it again, I said "how are you?" and the bartender just looked at me like what do you want. So I told her, she poured it and asked if we wanted to start a tab. We did, then she went back to ignoring us. After about 45 minutes we were trying to leave to go somewhere else, and I had to go find her just to pay. And after I found her and politely asked if we could pay, she still took another 6 minutes to come to the register. We were the only ones in there. And as she was cashing us out, she was complaining about other customers and her personal life and that's very unprofessional. I understand that we deal with things, but that's not what I want to see in a bartender, and I know because I am one. We were very disappointed."
