We placed our order, knowing that the manufacture was back ordered up to12 months because of the pandemic. They kept us informed each step of the way during the backorder time. After the washer and dryer arrived, scheduling and having them delivered went well."

"This place left a bad taste in my mouth. Said that my brand new fridge had a factory warranty. When the fridge turned my milk sour in just a few days, turns out they couldn't honor the warranty. After much wrangling with these guys they offered to exchange it for a similar fridge but insisted that I pay $20 extra for the cost difference because I "chose to buy the cheaper fridge." Actually I chose to buy a fridge that worked that had a warranty which they sold me and couldn't honor. Also, the owner started bad mouthing my wife to me when she got upset about this kind of treatment. Yucky place. Glad they gave me a fridge that actually worked but I just felt yuck about the whole thing. Better go to walla walla and pay the taxes and get treated with respect."

"Sonny can be informative, but he has such a sales pitch gift of gab that the customer can hardly decide independently. Don't expect the delivery appointment scheduled to be even close to the actual delivery time. We would have been better off to pay half down and half at the time of delivery. They had their money, so they could just let us wait indefinitely, without even calling to notify us of a significant delay. We expect to like our washing machine . . . whenever it gets here."
