"I came to versionEx to have some repair work done, I got a kbd bumper for my 350z. when I got my car back the bumper was installed incorrectly and it was hooked on the radiator, was missing the wire, and altogether looked poor. I took my car back and they fixed it for free but 6 months later it came off when I was reversing from my driveway and they quoted 300$ to put it back on, this felt unfair because It was an expensive job and it shouldn’t have came off 6 months after it was done and to charge 300$ to fix it seemed outrageous."
