"On March 8, 2022 I ordered a new transit connect with Phil and the last email notification I received from Ford was around the month of April year 2023 stating it was in line for production and since then I stopped receiving updates and received no response from Phil after numerous times I tried to get ahold of him he finally responded by mid december of 2023 but by that time I was so fed up and angry and didn't want to deal with him especially since after patiently waiting for 2 yrs for this vehicle. my new transit was probably sold to someone else or Phil and his manager weren't wanting to sell it to me anymore in the price I had on my order since the car prices had also gone up during that 2 yrs of waiting time :("

"I was sold a lemon. We were so excited when we got the loan to buy a vehicle from the Skyline Ford. Felt good because they said it was Ford Blue Certified Used vehicle with 132 point inspection. Not even 4 months later it started acting up, brakes wouldn't stop and then did. The following day when I was to take it in to Dealer for check up it wouldn't start, light were going off and on. So I had it towed to Ford Dealer, and they sent it to the Capital Chevrolet maintenance cause better equipment to repair. Found out the engine was no good the crank shaft was broken. Ford didn't Help me. Don't recommend them."
