"I’m very disappointed, my little brother had saved some of his money from chores and he wanted his own tv so he could play in his room without the girls bugging him and so I took it upon myself to make sure he got a tv. After my boyfriend purchased the TV we were fairly busy for a few days and decided to surprise him with it I think we had it in our car for maybe three or four days, but when we had the time we finally brought it into our house for him to try it out. Well he was so happy about it and it did turn on but that didn’t last long, it all the sudden was fuzzy and the screen was not functioning the way it should, multiple colors and lines everywhere, so we turned it off and then back on and once again screen was fine for about two seconds and then it was messed up again. So we did the obvious and we decided to return the tv because we knew we had seven days to return it which is what the cashier said to us when we bought the tv. Only thing that that cashier didn’t mention which was apparently the most important detail was that you can’t return it without the sticker that was on the tv. We were never told that we were only told we needed the receipt and that it had to be within seven days. So now my little brother doesn’t get to have the tv and we didn’t get his money back for it, really upsets me because of the fact that it was for him and was supposed to be a lesson about how if you do your work and chores you get rewards like that, now he can’t stop asking about why we can’t fix it or why the store won’t take it back when it is broken. Thanks for that, maybe every cashier should be taught to tell customers to keep the stickers on their products, I honestly don’t even recall there being a sticker on the tv by the time we got it home which makes me question if it came off when they scanned it or if they took it off on purpose. I even asked my boyfriend if he took a sticker off of it and he said no he didn’t even remember a sticker being in it either we looked in our car and literally searched everywhere in the car for it and we found nothing. Kinda seems like they just wanted to dump this tv off onto somebody and not have to deal with it which is really beyond messed up and very cruel. I used to enjoy going here a lot but if they won’t take this tv back I don’t think that I will ever return. And the man who said we couldn’t take it back was extremely rude. The right thing to do would be to take the merchandise back when this kind of thing happens. I could understand if it was broken because of the customer but it very clearly wasn’t broken by us there isn’t even a scratch on the screen. And don’t you guys test things before you sell them so there’s no way you didn’t know this tv was broken. I feel robbed and I feel so bad for my brother!"
"Very small. We dropped off a few bags of donations was easy and quick. Was a rainy day and store was relatively busy. Found a few antique toys... Customer service was good, cashier kind and friendly."
"Prices are indeed high. I don't know why when all the stuff is donated. It's priced as if it was new. Yes 90% of the stuff indeed there is cheaper than the store but not by much. It is truly incredible."
"The Goodwill is such an awesome place. Especially this one. Plain and simple. From the employees, to the prices and items, all the way down to their mission. You can't beat a place like the Goodwill, and making a visit to this location wouldn't be a mistake."
