"Response to reply: The whole point of this review was that the exhaust was not put back on correctly and you never communicated that to me. You never offered to rebuild the exhaust for me and all you did was send me on my way with another problem. Had you contacted me about the issues you were having I would have gladly paid for the time that it had taken to be put back on properly or for a rebuild, but you didn't. You told me it was done and sent me on my way till I found the massive exhaust leak because the exhaust y pipe was not put back on correctly and you said I could replace the flange donut gaskets and sent me on my way. Don't fool yourself saying it left in better condition than when it came in. Update. Upon further investigation they stripped the exhaust manifold bolts basically causing me to buy a whole new exhaust system. Go to this place if you want more problems after they fix your initial problem. They did a great job on fixing my throwout bearing but the reason for the 2 stars is they didn't put my exhaust back on correctly. When I told them it didn't sound like this when I dropped it off they just told me I could replace these parts and sent me on my way without even trying to help me out on making it right. Would gladly remove this post if this issue was settled rather then telling me I'm SOL."

"Dropped of my 2021 JLRUD to have some drivability issues fixed after a factory lift kit went in. David replaced all the control arms and track bars. Drives like she is on rails again."

I trust that they are making the right call on a repair, I trust that they are not up-selling me on something I don't need, and I trust them to keep my Jeep in a safe/comfortable driving condition. I can't recommend Jeep West enough. David - thank you for caring and making my Jeep drive as badass as it looks!"
