"I had the original windshield from 2000 in my 4runner. I had a few rock chips and with the last freeze one of the rock chips ended up cracking about halfway across the windshield. I had put it off for a little bit of time, because I was so nervous about how much it was going to cost me to replace it. I also was really nervous about getting an aftermarket windshield and not an OEM Toyota windshield. Les Schwab in Gresham recommended, Mt. Hood Glass. I stopped off in there, and Aaron Smith totally reassured me. The cost was so reasonable and unexpected. They got me right in and from what I can tell, did an incredible job. "Make sure you get your quote in writing. Was quoted $85.00 cheaper than when we arrived. Maybe he did make a mistake, understandable. As a business owner myself, I know sales people make mistakes. Or it was a ploy to get us in the door, knowing most folks would just stick with the appointment. Due to inconvenience of having to set something else up somewhere different. Next item, due to us bringing up the price difference. Customer service took a nose dive. As we went in to pick up our keys from the front desk, she didn't even offer the "after care" advice, nor a simple thank you for the business. I'm sure due to us complaining about the "adjusted price difference". That's nice they have each others back, almost to entitlement. Left our car dirty and with some sticky window caulk on the front fender by the mirror. I wouldn't recommend this company, as I already told a few people about the experience and will continue to do so. I would be more than happy to speak to the owner and/or someone in management if they would like to discuss this review."
