Ron Tonkin Honda Service

"My wife took our Honda Odyssey here for her 100,000 mile maintenance in May. After having the car looked at by a trusted mechanic this month we learned that the spark plugs and the filters were never changed. I'm not sure if any of the other items we were charged for were actually done either. It's normal for having maintenance done at the dealer to be a little overpriced, which is was, but she took it there out of convenience, and even though it costs more than other places, she never considered the work wouldn't actually be done. I wouldn't suggest taking your vehicle here unless you have the automotive skill to be able to verify work was actually performed. They don't seem to have an interest in refunding us for any of it, so I guess this is a lesson learned and we won't be going back to Ron Tonkin for maintenance of future care purchases."

"These guys installed accessories (Spoiler, blackout emblems, etc) I picked up when buying my new car there and did a fantastic job. Even though I didn't ask for it, they also did a full safety inspection of the car while they were at it. Shoutout and kudos to Carlos M. on their service team, you put the finishing touches on the car of my dreams!"

"I was a little hesitant to use Tonkin given the less than stellar reviews on Google. However, I had used them a few years ago, had a decent experience and wanted to use them again since they are a Toyota certified body repair shop. I spoke with Joe, who assured me that they would do a good job. He was true to his word. Once I scheduled my repair, Joe took care of it from there. The work was done in a timely manner, and they did a great job! I would not hesitate to use them again... although I am hoping I won't have to!"

"The entire process with Ron Tonkin Collision was amazing. Easy drop off, wonderful communication (MARCIA! YOU REALLY ARE AMAZING!), and the best customer service. I lost my insurance check and Kim the cashier was so kind and comforting when I was obviously upset. Tuffy was the MVP of the night when he stayed late and contacted my insurance to get the issue resolved. Both he and Kim had to stay late, and I am so thankful. Really amazing people and it meant so much to me to be treated that way. PLUS, the car looks amazing AND they were able to get the recall on my car taken care of at Mazda. I really cannot say thanks enough!"
