Taco Time

"My personal favorite burrito place in roseburg second only to Romulito's. The lobby could use an update it's been the same since the 90's."

"This was the worst Taco time I've ever been to. The place seem run down the burrito was stuff full of beans the crispy meat burrito wasn't crispy at all was basically a waste of money and the employees outside smoking against the dumpster didn't make me feel any better about it"

"The young lady that was working in the drive through the last time I went there was very snarky and seem to be very disgruntled by my asking for napkins. The building itself is extremely outdated, the heating and cooling system seems to be practically non-existent as it is hot in there all year round with the summertime being unbearable in there. I feel so sorry for the people that work there at that time of year. One of the biggest flaws is the bathroom being on the outside of the building, it's a little odd but that's not the issue. The issue is you have to walk through the drive-thru traffic in order to get into the bathroom. Talk about dangerous!"

"First time going to this branch, They forgot part of my families order and when I called to get the$15 reimbursed to my card because we weren't driving all the way back they refused to do so and said the manager won't be there until the next day. The drive through attendant addimitted that they knew they forgot part of my order and none of them cared to correct the situation. Now I'm out $15 and a member of family did get their order. I will never eat at this chain again do the lack of quality and customer service we encountered."

"The food was okay, but there was one tomato on my burrito, which seemed weird. Whoever did it might be out of its mind. And the sauces lacked the taste. Also, the cashier had problems understanding my mom and aunt when they ordered the food. Even though the atmosphere was good despite having no restroom, I didn't feel too bad in the end."
