Starbucks

"Cashier became impatient, asked for spicy mocha or mexican mocha she explained they don't make them... given how many drink options starbucks offers this seems odd. I looked for alternative and my mom ordered and then I got a cappuccino. Then the cashier walked to the back flabbergasted, thought she whispered to her coworker on how annoying I was and it is so bad she needs therapy now. Yeah cashier its so rough, no one else in line and your getting paid. I don't see the point of her? I can use self checkout like available at other places, you have LOW value and skills get a better attitude. Pathetic"

"I have been coming to the Starbucks for years, as I live close by and it is on my way to work. This morning I came in at 5:55, on a Saturday when they open at 5:30. I pulled up to place my order, and no one answered. I figured it was still early, so I pulled up to the window, and I tried waving at the couple employees inside, but they kept ignoring me. Finally, a girl saw me and mouthed “we are CLOSED”. I pointed out my phone and said it says open, and the girl got angry. I ended up leaving to another location that’s actually open at 4:30. Honestly so unprofessional and rude."

"I’ve put off writing this because the location has been my go to and my favorite for years. But this last year, everything fell apart at this location. Worker attitudes to patrons, repeated incorrect orders, just general lousy service. I used to go in every morning for nearly three years since I moved here, but now it’s too painful to see how it has changed. Luckily, they opened a new one same distance and with a drive through. They provide the exceptional service I came to expect! Lillyanne and the staff who excused her behavior (“sorry, she’s been here since 5:30am”) should visit the new store and bring back good service. I miss the old vibe!"

"Dog friendly! I was very happy I could bring my dog in this store to retrieve my mobile order. I'm never sure so I called ahead to make sure it was okay and Allie said as long as my dog was on a leash, we could both come in. I appreciate this because I know my dog would not be able to just wait outside and I'd rather not leave her in the car. If they had said no, my business would have gone elsewhere, especially since this location does not have a drive-thru. Thanks!!!"
