Starbucks

"Waited over 15 minutes for a simple coffee with cream and watched them serve 7 other people and still weren’t even getting started on mine. Wish I had time to demand my money back but I was stupid enough to turn down a receipt and I have to work. I know starbucks is garbage but come on"

"I’m apart of a mentorship program and planned to meet at this Starbucks with my student. I came early and I noticed someone had weed laid out across the table they were sitting at and when I brought it up to an employee they said they couldn’t do anything unless he was violent. Ending up leaving to another Starbucks."

"It might just be bad luck, but the last couple of times I’ve gone to this Starbucks the experience has not been pleasant. They forgot about one of our drinks the first time and it wound up being an additional 15 min wait because it was so busy. The employees didn’t try to make it right or check to see if there was anything else they could do. And then today I go wait in their drive thru just to find out that their espresso machine is down. I understand it’s likely not their fault, but the least they could do is put an employee out front to let people know so everyone isn’t sitting in the drive thru line. It is frustrating and inconvenient. I will avoid this Starbucks going forward."

"Average Starbucks location. I ordered a latte and a double smoked bacon sandwich. Starbucks sandwiches used to be a lot better. I know they arrive frozen individually wrapped in plastic, and the staff puts them in convection ovens and warms them up... But the sandwiches have gotten really bad these days. They're usually warm and crispy on the outside, but on the inside they're really soggy and taste undercooked. This last sandwich I bought I ended up throwing out half of it because the bacon in the middle was raw and the egg/muffin we're super soggy. The muffin doesn't even look cooked all the way on the outside itself. Gross.."

"I stopped in the grab a White Chocolate Mocha to get warm and be festive. The crew was very busy, I was amazed how efficient they were. The location was spartan and clean. Sadly they didnt have the smaller version of You Are Here mugs, I collect. I had a seat and enjoyed my mocha and listened to music. Edit. Since my initial visit I've been back twice, for a bagel with cheese to go with my coffee. Both times they have neglected to offer a utensil to spread the cheese."
