She pretty much stated she didn't want to give us a quote unless we decided to go with them "it's a waste of time to shop around, just decide where you're going to go and get it done." "We're there to have an estimate from an injury accident done on my father's vehicle and this woman comes out, looks, and said, "I'm not going to waste my time, it's totalled." You work for an auto body shop that does repairs, so you are very financially motivated, I get it. Treating me so rudely, when you had been called and had things explained to you prior to my arrival, that was very unprofessional."
"Contacted Nelson and Nelson to help with a simple repair needed and received a very rude email in return. Thought I had not explained my needs well enough so tried to make sure I was clear as to my needs and received a second email in response, even more rude than the first. Just moved here from another state and I'm learning who NOT to take my repairs to. Don't ask for an estimate from this company, they are apparently to busy and don't need new customers."
