"Run the other direction. This place calls and gives you a maximum quote and then after you they get your car they are impossible to reach. We were promised a free diagnostic. Total scam! After they got our car we heard nothing. When they finally answered their phone and called back we were quoted 500 to 1000 more dollars than what they had originally said it would be. After reading others' reviews it looks like this is what they do to a lot of people. So basically they lie and don't communicate and then tear your car apart and work on it before they even give you the quote and the go -ahead and so then you are screwed and have to go along with their scam. I wish I would have read the three most recent reviews and avoided the same fate. Now I have to borrow money which I hate to do. The guy who called originally was very persistent and nice and then as soon as he had our car we heard nothing and the diagnostic that was promised was nowhere to be found and the maximum quote he quoted was a lie and what a joke about the free labor! I hope they fix it well if not they will be hearing from my lawyer."

They towed it for free to their shop, did a free diagnostic and then quoted me a price with a better warranty that was 800 dollars less than the next closed transmission place. Louise was more than helpful and the experience has been fantastic so far. Definitely recommend them!!!"
