"MS Glass did a great job at replacing my front and back windshield! I was so relieved to have it done quickly and at a decent price. The only thing I was disappointed with was all of the glass left in my trunk. I had cleaned out my car and put everything the trunk so it did not get in the repair man’s way. Little did I know all of the shards would get into my personal belongings in my trunk after the repairs. I don’t know how glass repairs work, so this could’ve been on me… But I spent 3 hours vacuuming glass out of my trunk after and I am still finding some, even about a month later. Not to say they didn’t do a wonderful job, but it has been difficult to clean all of the glass as the shards seemed to stick on everything."

"Unfortunately I just got back from my trip come to find out my car was broken into glass all over the back seat. ONLY place that could get me in was MS glass. Got me in same day took care of my back window in about 2 hours and cleaned up so well that I forgot I even had a broken window except my 500 deductible that I had to meet and paid.These guys ROCK especially Valerie and Mike"

"I went here quite a while ago but I'm just now leaving a review because I've had a leak in my car for some time now due to to them NOT replacing (reattaching) my water shield/plastic lining after they fixed my rear passenger window. It has caused a major leak in my vehicle which I now have to pay hundreds of dollars to remedy. I don't understand how they could miss such a thing -- it's utterly ridiculous. The entire water shield/plastic lining was completely gone from my car door. I am very upset over this. How difficult is it to reattach a piece of plastic lining? How could they miss something so important? I will never return to this shop after such horrible service. Shame on your shop for overlooking this matter!!!!"

"Great customer service. They got us in very quickly, while the other guys our insurance suggested had a 3 week wait. Who can drive around safely with a bullet hole in their windshield for 3 weeks. I appreciate them working with us to get our work truck back on the road."
