"Took my car in to get it fixed last November. They did estimate and said they couldn't fix it til end of February. Got it back in April. I needed a letter explaining this timeliness to go after others insurance for loss if use. They couldn't even write a letter for me. They basically are costing me $5k. When it was J&M it was great.
