"Mike was Aggressive to me and the tow truck driver. Had our car towed their early Sunday am. After calling repeatedly on Sunday with no answer or machine I called on Monday, they didn't have the tire i needed in stock . When I had a new tow truck come to a shop with them in stock, he was aggressive to the driver and got up in my window demanding $20. Once arriving home, I called to get an apology and he denied his behavior, i called to give him a second chance maybe he had bad morning but instead of trying do better he just stuck with his story."
