"If there were a negative 5 star column thats where my review would be. I have been to this location many, many, times and absolutely love the staff. From the front desk people to the providers in the back. That is, until i got placed with this one. Had to have a tooth pulled and had quite a bit of anxiety. I felt rushed and basically was told to "pull it together, nobody likes the dentist, you will be fine." I had to have 4 shots to get me numb. They were the most painful shots i have every had. I was in utter shock that this was an actual dentist and not a first term student. The procedure was horrible and put me in tears, which clearly didn't matter because i was not even offered a short break to catch my breath and calm down. I felt like i was holding her up and /or taking too much time, since i was one of her last patients. She clearly, had NO patience for me. I cried for 2 hrs after my visit with her. I will never go bk to this dentist and if you have any nervousness/anxiety about the dentist, this one is not for you!"
