Mister Car Wash

"Do not go here. I have a brand new car and it caused 4200 dollars damages. Rubber on driver and passenger door chewed up, tire cut, Rim chiped,Numerous Scratche.My car is a brand new KIE K5 GT and the Manager said it pre existing so now I have my insurance and getting a lawyer involved the Manager Did not seem to care she said they would pay the window Rubber but not the rest. I work hard, and my car costs over 40,000 dollars, and I am not looking for a pay day. I just want my car fixed from what they did. Even the body shops stated it was clearly from them, and they refused to fix it. They say they have a video, but I have to get a count order to see it, be very careful, and check your car each time. Hopefully, you won't have your car damaged"

"I probably won't be coming back to this place.. It's pretty expensive and it doesn't do a very good job. My car is still dirty after paying for the best wash.. for that price you should get a very clean car and had dry after words .."

"So today, June 18, here is a photo of the car in front of me in the car wash. Even the driver side back half of the car is still as dirt as the back...figure my car isn't clean either. If you enlarge you'll be amazed! That is supposed to have just gone through a car wash! I use this service 3-4 even 5 times a week but they keep having issues with brushes not working, the dryer roller not working and they don't do anything to clean a car anymore. The vehicle doesn't get even 1/2 dry after coming out so you just have adopts on the Windows and mirrors. Most recent photo, 5/15, was after going through the wash...didn't clean at all! Not good. Does not have everything working for the past 3 weeks as they await fixes?? GET MACHINES FIXED PLEASE! Here are shots after a car wash. Filthy still!! Going downhill in my opinion. But that can change. 5/3 after 3 washes-the front of my van... will go back through a couple more times I guess..."

"Disappointing. Mister policy is that they won’t wash the back of your vehicle because “this is a ‘express car wash’ and it slows things down”. We’ve been using this car wash for years (back when it was Bush Car Wash), and for the last year or so we’ve subscribed to the Platinum monthly wash for multiple vehicles. When I asked today to make sure the back of the truck was washed, I was told they would as a 1x exception, as it’s always been policy to not wash the back of the vehicle. WHY AM I PAYING FOR MULTIPLE ‘PLATINUM’ CAR WASH SUBSCRIPTIONS IF THE ENTIRE VEHICLE ISN’T WASHED? Apparently the joke is on me. ;) I spoke with the manager and calmly asked them to pass up the chain of command that we’ll be taking our business elsewhere, the ‘policy that’s always been in place’ was never communicated, and that they should consider washing the entire vehicle to meet customer expectations. And the funny sidebar, even though they made a 1x exception to wash the tailgate (which they said wasn’t actually dirty as I pulled in), the front and back are still dirty - and no wheel shine was applied (part of platinum subscription). "After 3 washes through their machine , it does not wash the middle half of my back window or tailgate. Manager told me you get what you get, this is an express car wash.... All i had was gravel road dust on truck. Canceled my monthly membership I have had for years. Customer service and standing behind their work , is not their top priority."
