"My experience with Nissan of Walla Walla hasn't been great. Trying to find help there hasn't been easy. I been a customer since last year. I've made all my payments on time and my credit has gone up. They were unable to put me in a more reliable vehicle without a bunch more cash. When I originally posted, I was not very happy. I wrote a scathing review. I received a call from the manager of Nissan of Walla Walla. He called to see if he could help me. I was then confronted by the manager if I made a bad review and acted angerly when I told him yes. He told me that he would try to do everything he could to get me in a better vehicle. Also, he may call by Saturday. That didn't happen. Edit: I don't feel appreciated at all."

"I received a very positive welcome from my sales person, Sarah. She was polite, professional, and listened to me. I came in to look at 2 different vehicles, but noticed another one. Sarah was NOT pushy, pursuasive, and tried to 'sway' to a more expensive car. When I explained my situation, and LISTENED to me. HUGE KUDOS!!!!! I will definitely choose this location again.
