"Reading these reviews, I'm definitely not the only one who's had this experience. Jeremy either has terrible luck with his vehicles or he just doesn't love the 3am airport run - which means he should probably quit booking them. Background - my parents live in WW. My dad has Alzheimer's Disease and my mom can't leave him for airport runs. I usually rent a car, but because Budget doesn't allow for unattended drop off, I couldn't this time due to the 5am flight. I pre-booked Walla Walla Taxi to get me to and from my parent's house. I confirmed twice with Jeremy that he could pick me up and deliver me back to the airport. He enthusiastically said yes. But then. He sent a second guy to come and pick me up from the airport. No worries, it worked out to get me to my parents house. I confirmed again yesterday that Jeremy would pick me up this morning. Yep, sure thing. But then. He texted me about 20 minutes before he was going to pick me up to let me know his battery was dead on his car. If you've been to Walla Walla, you know that Uber has like maybe one driver at the best time and zero at most times. None of the other cab companies pick up at 2:50am. I was very stressed about missing my flight, as I had to get back to Seattle for work today, which is why I booked a 5am flight. Luckily, I remembered that I had the second guy's phone number. I woke him up, but he came and got me and delivered me to the airport. He absolutely earned the 80% tip I left him. Horrible experience, and, based on these reviews, it sounds like Jeremy makes a habit of ditching people who are relying on his service. Edit: I just noticed that Jeremy replied to another review stating that he dislikes doing the airport runs. Yet he continues to book them and, apparently, is okay with precharging and leaving people stranded. Cool. Edit again: apparently true to form, I had to message Jeremy after 10 days for my refund, which was applied on Saturday. I pay for everything with an Amex so see the credit as soon as the merchant starts the refund process."
"For now, I’ll leave this review because I was almost left stranded without a way to get back home and work in NY in time. Maybe his tire was flat, maybe it wasn’t, But I was left on my own at 330am on a Monday morning in Walla Walla to scramble and find another driver on my own to get a ride to the airport for a 5am flight. Luckily another driver I found on my own on google picked up his phone while on his way to the airport and came back to get me. It took 2 days to get my $35 refund back via cashApp from Jeremy’s “accountant.” If what he says below is true, Show yourselves and share your positive experiences. Too hard to consider this company again without assurances my experience was truly an anomaly. Maybe a more conciliatory tone and an offer to make it right next time we’re in WallaWalla could salvage his relationships with disgruntled, and apparently abandoned, riders. Good businesses aren’t afraid of competition if they’re truly serving customers the right way. This was our final text exchange. Me: FYI, Your other abandoned passenger that morning was on my flight. And based on our experiences and what we’ve heard and read since you canceled on us, We will have to consider and recommend other drivers and companies when we return to Walla Walla. And 2 days after promising, “refunds will be put in place immediately,” is unacceptable. Him: I have a certain way of doing things. Refunds ALWAYS make their way back. I can’t account for what you read because another “taxi service” had someone go leave TERRIBLE reviews on my Google. I’ve talked to the other passenger and she is fine. I run transportation for the flight crew 4 times a day 7 days a week. It was unfortunate that my tire was flat but in better news I got 4 new ones. It is what it is. You’ve got your money back and I will continue to be a needed service in our area. Just fyi, 90% of what I do is a FREE service to veterans and DUI preventions for the city. Airport runs is not what I like doing but I do know it’s a needed service and I help where I can. Thank you for your time."
"THEY HAVE OWED ME $600 FOR 1.5YRS AND HAVEN'T PAID ME. I paid up front, and rented this company for a large party I had in 2022. They never showed at the planned time. I finally got ahold of them and they informed me they would be over an hour late. this ruined all the SCHEDULED tasting times, so without being angry, I cancelled and we drove ourselves. Now where I am angry, is this sorry excuse for a "company" has owed me money for close to two years. They keep giving me excuses. It's absurd. Genuinely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. only reviews on here and on FB are from family - except for the real ones where they don't show up and steal"
"9/19 UPDATE: it's now been over a year and a half and I still haven't received my refund from this company. They continue to tell me it is coming - but give me excuse after excuse (grandpa died, kids have covid, i'm in the hospital, etc.) but for the last year and a half, this could have been solved if they would have paid me. sorry your life sucks - you still over me over $600. UPDATE: Negative stars. I'm now going on over a year and Jeremy is ghosting me without my refund. What a devastatingly sad man. Having to get legal involved. Would give zero stars if I could. Service fell through back in June (9 months ago) and I STILL haven’t received my refund. I’m owed $700 dollars for a service that Jeremy Rucker couldn’t provide. I’ve been incredibly patient but I’m at a loss now- I’ve contacted BBB with all details and proof. Now I’m deploying a small claims lawyer just to get my money back. Find a different service. Will delete this review if I get my refund."
"These guys saved my bacon. I was traveling on business when my car broke down. I was able to tow the car to Walla Walla but my destination was still two hours away. Chuck picked me up and got me to my destination on time and for a fraction of what Uber wanted. Can’t recommend them enough."
