"Honestly the best dental experience I've ever had, from the very beginning! Making that first phone call with the friendly staff is so pleasant and it really helped ease my mind from the start. As you walk in you're greated with a kind welcoming staff and an offer of bottled water. I was pleasantly surprised by this, so nice! And not to mention the office is adorable, the beautiful fireplace really brought such a cozy feeling. So I quickly got taken back to a comfortable room where Bret was so accommodating!! I was even handed a gift!! It had a letter with my name hand written and a travel mug! I was blown away by this, so so kind! I've been telling everyone about this. Also, I've never had such a painless xray experience too and that's a huge plus for me. Everything was so quick and most of the x-rays were even done in the room! So cool. And Brett was great at listening to all my concerns too! Dr. Hunsaker was very kind and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on and the treatment plan. I felt very much at ease with him and that's hard for me to say about dentists. I also absolutely loved all the family photography that I learned was taken by one of the Dr's wife's. Amazing!! It was way better than staring at stock photos. Once the lovely lady (I feel terrible for forgetting her name) came in to review the treatment plan costs I was confident I was getting taken care of and I could fully trust that she knew the insurance codes were correct which I have a lot of anxiety about. But they put me at ease easily by breaking everything down and making sure all my questions were answered. I have my appointment set up to get started on my treatment plan and I feel confident that I will have a good experience! Thank you Dr. Hunsaker & office staff!!"
