He came out quickly (same day on a week-end!!) and fixed a problem with my washing machine that I had previously been told by a local appliance tech was a 250-400 dollar fix and that I really should just replace the whole combo set. Jeffery was like, Nah! We're gonna figure it out and make it work today and HE DID! For a reasonable price to boot!!! He was professional and had a great can-do demeanor.
