"They made promises for my car to be done before the start of November and couldn't follow through. At least I assume that's the case, they haven't picked up the phone for a whole week and I keep leaving messages. The car only needs 3-4 hours of work, has already been quoted, and they stated multiple times that having it done before November was "no problem" and "guaranteed". I have cash in hand and there is no holdup from insurance that would cause ghia because it's coming out of MY pocket."

"BEWARE!! Literally the WORST auto body experience ever. Our car went into the shop back in November of 2021 and we barely got it back middle of June 2022. They never communicated anything or wanted to take responsibility for their faults at all. We constantly had to follow up with them every couple weeks where they would give us the same run around about waiting for something, ordered the wrong part, need to get an alignment, etc. Then when we picked up our car it was on 0 miles till empty and they tried to tell us it was that way when they got it (but how did they drive it back and forth for tires, alignment, etc to Les Schwab?!?!) GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! You’ve been warned."

"Hops is the worst to deal with, they do not want to take care of you as a customer and want to make everything difficult with the insurance company. Took my vehicle to another repair shop in town at the recommendation of a friend and my vehicle was fixed fast and without any problems or additional steps on my end. I always heard they were great but unfortunately I will never go back or recommend"
