"Every business makes mistakes. How you deal with it is what sets you apart. I received the wrong sandwich today on a to go order. I called down, not to complain about what I received, it looked awesome, but to let them know someone else got my ham and chipotle. They brought me a new sandwich to work along with some delicious brownie bites, and can only assume they fixed the other order as well. Always 5 stars for Nellie and her entire staff."

"I had the roundup sandwich and should have ordered the half sandwich. Everything was fresh bread baked every day. This was the first time here it's very clean, and the staff was pleasant. I will come back again and try their special."

"Fantastic sandwiches. It was busy here, and after you eat here, you understand why. I went with the city slicker on wheat ($9) and it hit the spot. I probably would have grabbed a beer if I could have figured out what they had on tap. Great spot, plenty of outdoor seating and some indoor, wish I lived closer."
