"I called Dr. Shannon’s office in the midst of a traumatic dental experience from another dentist. I was given information and comfort over the phone and their staff calmed me down from a pain-filled panic. When I met Dr. Shannon he was so kind and gentle and knowing how nervous I was to be in another dentist chair, he took his time and checked in on how I was feeling frequently and made a plan that was inclusive and conscious of my anxiety. I’ve now had round one of my treatment plan (a crown build up and a filling) and a cleaning and I feel completely safe in his hands and those of his staff. No pain or stress from any of the appointments so far and I am confident in the care I’m receiving and actually look forward to checking all the work I need, off the list. Cannot recommend this office and Dr. Shannon enough."

Besides careful cleanings around sensitive areas, the view from the chair is calm and serene. Maybe the best thing is that he creates crowns himself so you can get them done the same day! None of that come back in 2 weeks and leave with a temporary."

"Dr. Shannon and his staff are top notch! Friendly, gentle and his facility is state-of-the-art. Had a cleaning, then a crown and an old filling replaced. When Dr. Shannon injected the freezing, it didn't hurt a bit... that's the first time I've even had a dentist do it without hurting. He makes the crown right there in the office, so there's very little waiting. He pays extreme attention to detail. My teeth feel great! Could not recommend him more highly. I'm very lucky to have such a great dentist close by!"
