"Recently relocated to Tri-Cities area . My kids were excited to go to this Chuck E. Cheese, and it turned out to be a waste of money. Most of the games were not working. I spent almost $100 in all you can play cards . None of the games were giving tickets neighter soo kids where not able to get prizes. I did ask someone who worked there and was ignored about reloading the games. Very dissapointing experience for sure"

"We had good family time at Chuck E. Cheese. First time for our kid. We did unlimited play for 90 min at $35 plus $1 for a play card and it was the perfect amount of time. The only thing was that several of the games were in need of maintenance or upkeep but there were enough other games that kept us entertained with our play time. We didn’t eat there but it looks like they have a good selection of food."

"I wish there were more vegetarian and/or allergy friendly options. I grew up going to Chuck E cheese (in the east bay area of California) so it has a special place in my heart. I see how they are trying to keep up with the times, but they definitely need a little work. The staff are super friendly and my kids always have a blast. A lot of the machines are always broken and there has never been a time we've gone where every game worked."

"What an awesome place even as an adult you could come here and have a great time and not even have children. I have so many games to play great pizza. This is such a fun place. It wasn't too packed. I have lots of Choices for Children and adults. I'm disappointed to see that they took the animated characters out. I remember them when my kids were younger. "Pretty clean and nice. We came for a bday party on a Saturday, and it's big enough om the inside it didn't feel like we were elbow to elbow busy. My friend originally had a party table booked but decided we didn't need that after all and so they gave her the refund and she was able to use it for pizzas and game cards at our own table. The game cards are purchased by time increments with an option to pause when you eat which is really nice. My 7 year old was able to play with the 3 year old birthday girl while her card was paused after eating, and then when the other card ran out she was able to use her card and keep playing. It kept them entertained and happy, it's kind of a relief not having to monitor how many points they're spending. Also they have 4 ski ball Ramps, and every time I've been they've been working which is also nice. So many places have ski ball but it's down. I also like how they had the pizza pickup which is more efficient than a worker trying to find your table. Very nice and I loved seeing the employees smile and be active with the children. One in particular was really getting down with the birthday music and I loved watching his enthusiasm."
