Consultation was super clear - Kevin broke down what I needed to improve my car's stereo system, showed me the options and how they'd work, etc. all before even setting my appointment. When the appointment ran a little over the estimate, they immediately called me and told me what's up, nothing was wrong, and gave me an exact estimate on when it'd be ready. Mark worked on my car, clearly knows his stuff and is enthusiastic about his work, showed me pictures of the entire process and results on my car. The finished set-up is incredible, they showed me how it worked and we did a test-run together. The customer service was simply impeccable, and I'm 100% confident these gentleman did a flawless job and will continue to do so. "I came in to get my 2000 Ford Excursion a new stereo, with back up camera and hand free set up for my wife ease of mind. I also got front and back facing cameras recording for while driving for an added layer of safety. The stereo was a Kenwood touch screen its a nice sleek model easy to use and hook up to your phone through Android play or apply play. The backup camera is connected to the stereo so I don't have multiple screen in the truck. It mounted to the license plate. It small and not big an bulky and easy to adjust. I haven't had to pull data off the front and back recording cameras yet but it comes with a manuel and seems easy to use. They are hardly noticeable. I feel stereo king did above and beyond my expectations on the work I wanted done. Showed me how to use everything and adjust stuff I got to keep the boxes and Manuel's for warranty and if I need to know how to do something. They day I pick it up from them noticed a wire was hanging and they drove to me and fixed it. Good people honest and fair."
