"If you live anywhere that has trees & rain, don’t buy a Volkswagen that has a sun/moon roof, the drains will clog, your car will flood, and fixing this issue won’t be covered in any warranty even if it’s certified pre-owned. They charge $130 to diagnose it and $130 every hour after that, for a someone to clean it out. Then you’ll pick up your car from the shop, pay +$260 and find that the leak is still happening and they’ll want to charge you additionally $130/hr for them to continue trouble shooting."
"These people will lie to you. They make claims that can be refuted by looking at your lease agreement. I was convinced to get scratch and alloy wheel protection to realize I don't have alloy wheels. I was then told there was no way to reverse the insurance. This is one of many examples. I was also told that I need to renew my lease through them to avoid turn-in fees. Not true. We came into the dealership with a set price In mind. We were shown cars out of our price range for four hours. "I know your limit is 350/month but have you seen this for only $500?" It never ended."
