"A home away from home, my mom & I were so excited to try this place out! We love going out to eat and try new places and have been craving some authentic Filipino food. The Manila Fiesta restaurant is a small local business to Salem and family owned! When we got in, the space was super open and clean, the menu offered all of the traditional favorites! My mom ordered the Pinakbet Coconut and I ordered the Fried Milkfish. Both dishes came out amazing, and from a verified Filipina, my mom and I enjoyed the flavor of each dish, it was soo good! The owner herself came out after our meal to chat. She is such a lovely woman and we enjoyed talking to her! I cannot wait to come back to try more dishes! Salamat po~"
