"Came in for a delivery. She said they would mark it "ready" when it was done and that I could wait in my car. So I waited. For 30 minutes. Finally came back inside, she instantly locked eyes with me and started to walk towards the orders. The lids were literally left open the entire time and it wasn't bagged or anything. She said, "oh, we marked it as ready and tried to call you 2 times" Order was not marked as ready and I received no calls. Bunch of toxic children working here who hate there jobs. Need to be fired and needs better management."

"So I use to love this place but one day I go in and get some tenders and they were disgustingly soggy and greasy. This is not the quality I was used to so I brought them back in and as politely as possible showed them and the woman working replied with a rude attitude, "that's how we make it" and turned her back to me as if I wasn't even there anymore. I went back once more and same deal but I didn't even bother complaining. Haven't been back for years and today I figured I'd give them a shot again. Terrible unfortunately yet again. Tenders were breaded poorly and what was breaded was soaking wet with oil. Fries were sopping in oil and gross too. My partner got a "hamburger" but should be called a patty melt because that is what it is. It was very very dry and just sad looking. I'm not trying to be one of "those people " but this is my honest experience. I'm very sad to see the place I loved growing up turn its back to quality. If you love the food, great for you but let me tell you that it used to be soooooo much better and I miss it."

"Did someone say chicken??? Make sure you bring along your appetite when you come here! If you want large or share sized portions this is a definite go to place. Their crispy fried chicken strips are amazing and well worth the cost. We got a 5 piece and their salad bar and had plenty left over… With all kinds of in house creations in sauces from sweet.. savory… spicy… you’re flavor pallet is definitely going to be happy… inside pub style dining or outside casual… great for a family get together… friends on a day out… or an informal date night… Chicken Bonz is a definite must have! Go check them out!!"

"Amazing chicken and fries! Plus, the salad bar is my favorite. Highly recommend if you're in Springfield. We make sure to come here every time we are here to visit. The service is great and the amount of food you get is well worth the money. And with the purchase of an adult meal, you can get a free kids meal. We love this place!"

"I went here with some family, I loved the vibes that the dining room had, the servers definitely work hard to keep it clean and pleasant, the staff are kind and the food is very good, but the damn hot is not as the name suggests. I have been here many times and am pleased with the quantity of food to price, if you are stopping by the Eugene area definitely check this place out."
