"Wendy's!!!!!! Always love the food. Though going through some growing pains they are the best. Drive thew line can be slow but usually find myself in and out pretty quick with a walk in order. If there has been a mistake I have gone in several days later and had it corrected with no issues. Thanks team!!"

"It's Wendy's so you get what you expect. What I can't believe is how poor of quality the building is. 2023 and the lobby is 10 percent capacity and the noise level sounds like a rock concert. The sounds from the kitchen are even worse. My number one complaint isn't the food or service; it's the lack of attention to detail to make the building an enjoyable place to experience while eating a meal. How hard would it be to put up some acoustic tiles and deaden the amplified echoes? If this restaurant fixed the noise level I would give it 4 star and over time as the employees who work there believed that a post like this could also improve their quality of life then I bet the food and service rating would be bumped to a 5 star review. Please upgrade your facility and I believe you as an owner along with your staff will realize I'm 100% correct. Good luck in Springfield. Also; if you fail, I hope your building is raised to the ground and properly rebuilt so that I can instead order up a Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles while I enjoy the dining room. - Bon Ton Roulett!"

"Things were pretty okay, nice workers and all. They were a bit shortstaffed, which isn't an issue, but it seems there were a lot of health violations/fumbles. I watched a worker pick several food items out from displays without any gloves to place in a bag, and he went on to mess up plenty of people's orders. When I went there just a few months ago there were a lot of flies as well. Plenty of them kept landing on food and the workers didn't do much if anything about it. Pretty gross/off-putting overall. :("

"I was excited to try out the newest built Wendy's on our side of town, but there were so many issues I don't know where to begin: no rain covers for drive through is a big fail, this city has year-round rain and I had to keep my windows up during my visit to keep my car from being wet on the inside. The order was wrong, after I told the worker three times the order (which was a combo 1, triple patties, no onion) the lid to my coke was not fully secured and resulted in it spilling all over my shirt, the fires were hot but not salted. All in all one of the worst fast-food experiences I have had and this location is BRAND NEW. Might as well not even built one."

"I honestly think they are going too far with the prices if before Wendy's wasn't this expensive right now they want to charge a lot for anything!! And even more so when it is a new place they take advantage of that, the place is environmentally friendly but the only thing I didn't like was the price of things."
