"I spent 31.06 and all I asked to be specific about my order was a whopper Jr with a SEEDLESS BUN. I got home and there was a whopper bun on my whopper Jr. That's a seeded bun. What do you not understand about I want a bun that has no flipping seeds on it. Now I'm pissed. It's not hard to get an order right but it seems now a days nobody can get their food correct. What's the point of spending money and not getting what you paid for"
"I was surprised that the app applied an unexpected loyal customer discount. The food met my expectations... ready when I got there, hot and tasty. The fries were better than I remembered them to be. The person at the window was great and pleasant. Did an overall great job."
"I ordered online and when I got to the restaurant they told me they wouldn't take my order for ten minutes. I let them know my order was already in and I was just picking it up. They informed me they wouldn't make it for 10 minutes. I said I wanted a refund then. I was told I had to do it in the app. I asked how and as one woman was trying to help me, but didn't really seem to know, the shift lead told me again he wasn't going to make the food. I told him I'm trying to get my refund and he slammed the window closed. I went into the lobby and demanded a complaint number. I got a bogus number that was disconnected. I was given another number that had a totally different area code and has been busy every time I've called it. There were 6 other cars in line when I arrived and no one waited, but I was trapped, because I already paid. The shift lead did finally give me a refund. As I was inside they literally served someone, on foot, through the drive through, which I know is completely against the rules. The reason they told me they wouldn't serve me is that there were multiple people going on breaks and the pets on the headset can't cook at the same time. Since I didn't need anyone to take my order, no one needed to be on the headset, also, if brakes had been rotated, one person at a time, there would have been someone to make food while another was on the headset. I used to go there all the time. This whole thing was ridiculous. Offering online is supposed to make things faster, not two you into waiting."
