"I'm surprised by all the positive reviews. I would love to be able to offer the same. I absolutely WOULD LOVE to do that. While the staff is amazing, I have not had a relationship with Dr. Large. I've gone to him since 2021 and never once did he look in my mouth and do an exam. I kept complaining about pain on my left side for a year when he finally said that I didn't have any cavities, but I did have a sinus infection and the only way to resolve it was to either have the tooth extracted or else get a root canal. And because the tooth was so close to the sinus, he didn't feel comfortable extracting it himself. I got a second opinion and turns out I DID have a cavity between 2 teeth, that a "possible" sinus infection which they suspected was not an infection wasn't near the teeth. I did NOT need the tooth extracted nor did I need a root canal. I then proceeded to get an xray on the sinus and I definitely did not have a sinus infection. I am now having to get all my EOB's to see if I was ever billed for exams since he never once looked in my mouth to do an exam. While my eyes were closed, he did come in for 8 seconds to smooth a tooth but he wouldn't even stay in the room long enough to make sure it was adequately done and they had to keep having him come back to finish the job. I literally, still do not know what this man even looks like. Today, I received a letter saying due to the break down of patient-doctor relationship my needs would be best met elsewhere. I'm still trying to figure out what relationship since I have yet to ever see him! I have heard his voice on the phone once where he told me about the infection, the need need for root canal, etc. and where he said I could call him anytime about the pain as that's what his voicemail was for. Other than that, everything always went through his staff who are wonderful."

I am now to a point where I feel comfortable going, knowing I’ll be heard and in great hands! It feels so good to have accomplished what I have with their help! Highly recommended!"

"My experience over the years with dentist's has never been an enjoyable experience. Mainly because I am a difficult patient because of a bad experience as a child. However, Dr Kent has demonstrated what a comfortable procedure can be. He puts you at ease by explaining everything he's going to do and does not proceed until you are numb and ready to go. "I took my 9 and 3 year old in for a checkup and I was nervous because it’s not a dental clinic geared for children. That was no problem at all here! The staff was very friendly and encouraging! The hygienist and dentist explained everything so my 9 year old could understand and they were engaging with my 3 year old to help him feel comfortable. Only suggestion I’d recommend is having something for kids to keep them entertained while waiting. Very friendly staff, clean clinic and would totally recommend!"
