"Ordered large fries and a salad. The fries they put in the to-go bag were a ridiculously tiny portion that I didn't even see until I got home because I hadn't opened the bag (stapled and shut with a sticker). I drove all the way back from home and had to wait an extra 20 minutes FOR FRIES. When I told the girl, she didn't even care! Just asked me to wait. No concern, no sorry at ALL. I JUST WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY TRY TO JIP LIKE THIS! I ended up ordering at 7:13pm and didn't get all my food until just before 8pm. They didn't even fill the bag like they usually would. The Lamest experience I've had here!!! Images: one of the small portion and other of a comparison with the "Large" portion. In response: I didn't ask for any type of CUP. And the only person having an entire conversation with the girl at the counter was a woman with a ponytail. The only thing I did was ask for my order. Prior to picking up my order, I was waiting in the parking lot for over 15. minutes. Coming back, because of their error, took me more time; back and forth. Furthermore, I had to wait another 20 minutes while I watched them making more mistakes with the woman having said conversation. Then I asked if my order was another bag. The miscommunication and inability to follow through with accuracy on such a simple order is ridiculous. Moreover, the attempt to alter the facts. Just shows that the values this business holds is at minimum questionable."

"I ordered a bacon cheeseburger didn't get bacon , went all the way back to get a refund, they refused . Two days prior the eame thing happened but didn't complain gave the. Another shot and they failed miserably. Slow service , sketchy looking employees , observed an employee start a shift with put washing hands upon my return to get a refund . Honestly this place is a blatant rip.off of 5 guys . At least you get clean looking people and customer service there there. Never again ."

"I LOVE THESE BURGERS! The buns are fresh, the burger is juicy, the bacon is crispy and the tomato and lettuce are, seemingly, straight from the garden. I get my onions sautéed and they are the piece de resistance. My husband and I share a large fry and an onion ring order and that’s plenty. Their fry sauce is delish! The parking is somewhat limited and the dining room isn’t very large but we’ve always found a spot! The dining room is clean and feels like 50s diner. The staff is always friendly, helpful and patient (wait until you see your menu options!) and the food comes out quickly and HOT."

"The bacon cheeseburger with swiss and grilled mushrooms that i ordered was so good, i ate it in about one minute. I only get a couple burgers a year and this was a real treat. Also got the Hogg Fries and I recommend them to everyone. This place makes In-N-Out look like disorganized amateurs. Nancy Jo's is the best!"
