"I am currently i the lobby waiting for my food. I ordered online. I was told ready for pickup at 12:05. Its currently 12:30 and I still have not gotten it. They burnt the food and had to throw it away. Why is it been 30 minutes? and nothing for the wait either. And the Poor sap next to me wasted his entire lunch waiting in the lobby because they had messed up his order. I had watched them make many of my orders and go to the drive through instead of giving it to me when I had been there for 30 minutes"

"They put my Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag with 4 burritos and multiple tacos on top of it. They had forfeited 2 items do I had to go inside, I ordered n the drive-thru,, I wish I would have noticed when I was there because it was completely smashed."

"Employees taking 45 mins for an order to be ready. When ordering on app also food don’t start till you show up. But when you pay they quick to take it. Just make it Taco Bell already took my money."

"No longer my go-to. I just spent $10 on a meal through doordash that included two items. A hard taco that had just about 2 bites worth of meat and a paper thin crunch wrap. Every time I order a crunch wrap it’s pretty much just eating tortilla with lettuce and sour cream. It’s been this way for a few months now. It is no longer appetizing to me.. Service is much slower. Often times we wait inside for about 10-15 mins until we’re talked to when there’s maybe 1 or 2 other customers in the building."

"Clean environment, they do the best they can. Some particular awesome employees that stand out as amazing individuals. Quality food and service. It might take a while but think about it we are always waiting on someone so it’s not like we are standing there not doing our job we just are trying to get everything out to everyone as soon as possible to create a well experience for the customer you.
