"I was not happy with this experience. I was scheduled for a 6 month check up and it was canceled due to the Dctr being sick, and the hygienist going on maternity leave. I was scheduled 2 days later as I wanted my partial replaced. I sat in the office and in the chair longer than my appointment. I sat in my chair for 30 minutes while the dentist talked to the patient next to me. When I was finally seen, I told the dentist what I wanted and as he was talking to me, he was told two times that he was needed with another patient and if I needed an impression made I would have to schedule a later time because they were too busy. I left without any help to my partial except what it would cost me. Later on, I then called Bright Now Dental to tell the lady who answered my call I needed to do a release of information for a different dentist. She was quite rude and was in a hurry it seemed to end my call. Bright Now Dental is not very organized as I always schedule my appointments 6 months ahead of time and at my canceled appointment I was told the dentist will be out all of February and the hygienist is on maternity leave. So I had nothing done for my 6 month check up, quite disappointing"

"Brought my 4 and 2.5 year old for a check up and cleaning, since the check in the receptionist started to make the kids feel comfortable once we went to the back the dental assistant did an even better job to work with them she didn’t begin till the kids were comfortable and knew what was being done on them, when the doctor finally got to them he also interacted with them till they were comfortable then he started working on them. Little sister saw big sister loved the experience so she was good with it once it was her turn 10/10 recommended"
