"After husband's visit I called and spoke with Courtney to find out why they took money from him. She lied, my husband did not offer to pay, he only asked if that was the balance. I've had to explain at least 3 times our insurances and when asked if he needed to pay she said NO. She also told me that "they couldn't cater to every patients needs because they have hundreds of patients". Also told me our insurance is difficult. She also said she didnt see what the big deal was, it was only $29. Meaning we have double and triple coverage and it makes it a problem to bill. Not true, the lady (Jane)who does all the billing said it wasn't a problem. My husband has early onset dementia so that is why I repeatedly asked the office to address billing and insurance questions with me. In all my years of going to a dentist together as husband and wife, I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely or unprofessional. Everyone has always been understanding. My husband blows through insurance every year and we have to budget for larger issues while also keeping him healthy, as he has an artificial heart valve. When I asked Courtney to speak to the dentist to let him know how rude she was, she said he was busy. I expected a call the next day from the dentist, which means she never said anything to him. If she talked to me like that, she does the same to other people. SHAME ON YOUR OFFICE FOR TREATING PEOPLE INAPPROPRIATELY. We will NOT be returning. If I could have given them a zero star rating I would have. So very disappointed because my husband liked Dr. ROACH."
