"Dirty little place, issue #1. Biggest problem: I called ahead of time and even confirmed at the counter that they would honor our coupons for our family. They said yes several times. So I unloaded the dog and tied him up outside (we are on a road trip so it's quite the struggle to get in and out for all of us with as tight as we're packed which is why I confirmed several times that we were good with our coupons) and got all six of us seated and then ordered, but they decided at the last second not to take the coupons that she just said moments before that she would take. She looked at me like I was the problem not wanting to pay $20 more than expected. I'm a mom, we planned for this visit carefully and went out of our way off the road to do it. So no, I'm not paying, $20 more because you lied. Looks like a failing location anyway. I don't expect to see it around much longer."

"Dairy Queen out here in Charleston kind of by itself. But it was a welcome site. Staff was friendly and efficient and whipped up my strawberry milkshake lickety-split. The shake it so many strawberries in and I could hardly use a straw. Not complaining though topped off with rich creamy whipped cream. It was perfect for my diet. The dining room is fairly small and compact but they have a convenient drive-through."

"Amazing service! Best Dairy queen we have ever been! We arrived late on a Saturday night (9pm) after driving for 6 hours. We ordered food for essentially 3 families (6 adults and 3 kids) with treats of course. The order was repeated to a "T". The staff was friendly and kept a smile the whole time. I cant say enough of how awesome this crew did. Thank you!"
