"My ENTIRE online order was stolen last night (completely paid for), and I tried calling today to see if they could remake it since it was already paid for as said before, but NO ANSWER when you call, its seriously ridiculous! This is ONE of my FAVORITE fast food restaurants, & NOT being able to have them answer the phone is very disappointing & Frustrating!!"

"I went and bought our regular meals, 2 number 6s and one 3 piece chicken strips. I went back and asked for a manager she was a young girl, I call her a girl because when confronted the Manager called me a liar by saying she put two burgers in the bag and I would tell she didn't. Repeatedly I would tell her she didn't. She looks at the recipe and stated she only put one in the bag. No apologie from her. Then I showed her pictures of my wife Burger which you could tell someone in the back smashed it with the palm of their hand, NOT even I'm Sorry. Very poor people skills. I can only hope the owner reads this and he/she is more of adult than the help he/she hires. Time; 12:30pm date; 2/19/24. P.S. we go there once a week every week."

"The staff is consistantly rude and rarely get the order correct. When I ask them to correct the order, they argue with me about what I ordered (Why would anyone order something that they ate allergic to?) The lobby is locked every time I come, despite signs saying that it's open. I don't like eating in my car. This is the definitely the worst Jack in the box in the Willamette Valley and probably the worst one I have been to in ANY state. Avoid this place like they plague."

"Absolutely nasty store. Sticky floors, filthy windows and doors. No running water in the sink for the bathroom as well as bathroom not being cleaned in probably weeks. Manager even used yhe bathroom and never washed his hands after entering the kitchen area. I'll never stop here again and hope you don't. Recipe for getting real sick."
