"After waiting longer than expected, but in fairness was because of staffing issues,which I totally understand being a business owner myself. I received my new tail light for my BMW R-Nine-T It was really easy to install and didn't take more than 30min, The back end of the bike so much nicer. Honestly I don't know why the stock back end is so ugly but this makes it a thousand times better. Thank you Ray and Moto Box for your fabrication. Hopefully staffing will get back to normal for all of us."

"Ordered a fender eliminator kit, waited nearly 4 weeks for it to not work because the connectors they provide were soldered poorly or are lowest quality materials possible. Directions are for the wrong bike so you are on your own. I've checked voltages and verified on both ends of the connectors with a mm, it's just poorly made so will require different connectors and additional wire. Fitment is not great and requires lots of fiddling to get anything to align. They answer the phone but there is no real help available. Would've loved to give a newer parts provider a great review to help them out in difficult times but it doesn't look like quality or customer service is a priority."

"Incredible waste of time. Ordered a taillight for my Ducati nearly a month ago and just canceled the $314.99 purchase. These are made to order, they do not have stock, and will never update you with an ETA. However, they are readily available to answer over the phone and give you arbitrary ETA’s. I received 4 different updates via phone, one of them being that their machine is currently broken. If you are looking for anything Ducati Sport Classic, your best bet is jcpakbikes.com the original creator of such tail light. Ordered and received within 3 days. Just glad I actually got my money back."
