"We have been coming to Sybaris Bistro for at least 15 years. Our son was about 6 years old when we started. Now our son is a senior in college and we are still celebrating special times here! We just had the Valentine's dinner last night -- and everything was exquisite. The wine pairings, the food, absolutely perfect, and the best service always. You feel so well treated, not rushed. Matt is truly an outstanding chef, creative, and the energy in Sybaris is always warm and friendly. Janel and Jesse, and everyone else on staff last night -- five stars to all of you! "I wish I could give more stars honestly! The service was the best I have ever received, amazing servers and attention to detail is unmatched! The drinks were fantastic, perfectly mixed and well crafted. Then the food! Oh my goodness, the food was amazing! Cannot say enough good things about the taste, texture, and overall essence of what food should be. My only regret was that we were too full to get dessert! It was an absolute perfect date night, wish we could have another 10 just like it! My husband and I will be back soon, probably with the in-laws to impress them as well! "Went there for a date night. My wife has sensitivities to many common foods and spices, the chef there was able to modify a dish on the menu so it would be safe for her and even let us know that if we call ahead of time, they will make a dish safe for her. I ordered the Stargazy pie and we also got the seasonal dessert. I highly recommend it. The waitress was pleasant and fantastic. If possible, ask to sit by the fire at this time of year. Highly recommend and will be back."
