"Very unorganized and no communication between co-workers. Wife had to repeat her order three times. The miniscule amount of "extra onions" was ridiculously small. Been to many subways all over the United States. We will not be returning to this particular one. 1280 10th Ave S Sweet Home Oregon"

"The last 3 or 4 times I have gone through the drive through in the evening they have toasted my sandwich changing the flavor of a sandwich I regularly order. I always say no to my sandwhich being toasted. It seems if you have a sandwhich in your order being toasted(in my case my husbands) they just toast them all. At least 2 of those times they had also added extra items I had not wanted or missed items I had asked for in my order."

"I’ve been there twice this past week went last night and they still have no pretzel sticks. They say they are frozen come back at noon the next day why have them advertised if you’re not going to have them available."

"Skip if you can. 1. I usually don’t do this. Literally couldn’t believe how bad this experience was. 2. I don’t want Alex to ruin your day. I pulled up at 7pm on a Saturday. All of the lights were off & there was not a single car in the parking lot. I pulled into the drive thru & pulled out my phone to double check the hours. Someone comes on & tells me to wait which is fine. The tone, attitude, and demeaning nature of the exchange was absolutely horrendous. I was shaking from anger by the end of it just answering questions. When I pulled up to the window, the person helping me was wearing a hat with the name tag Alex. Sweet Home Subway, do yourself a favor & give this person the janitor position or something that doesn’t require them to work with customers unless you’re okay with them driving away your customer base."

"My experience at this Subway location, isn't typically consistent, I usually have a long wait just to place an order. On my most recent experience, I was greeted, and order was taken right away. But they we're out of my choice of breads. The employees we're friendly and the sandwiches tasted good, but the prices we're a little high for portions. The restaurant was clean, and easy to get in and out of off of highway 20."
