"Took my custom chopper in to have an open primary set up done in exchange for a custom transmission I happen to have that jessy wanted they received my bike on February 19 and I had to go and pick my bike up on August 6 and had they had not done one thing to it other than take parts off of it that I did not get back very very unprofessional and now I have to take them to court to get my parts back. Well Jessy died from an overdose, SELF CORRECTING SITUATION. GOD PUNISHES BAD PEOPLE."
"Five years ago I took my 1985 Harley-Davidson Roadster XLS in to get it tuned up that's all. They said they were busy and would get to it whenever they could. It sat there for 4 months before I demanded my bike. They stole my S&S carburetor, my stock exhaust pipes and a couple other parts off of the bike. Good thing I got there when I did, and got it. They were parting out my bike !!!!!!! Very untrustworthy and very unprofessional my advice to everybody go somewhere else."
"I love this place. I have made several purchases both big and small here and the customer service is top notch. You can tell everyone from the owner to the cashier is very knowledgeable and takes pride in there job."
"I took my Sportster in for a simple tune up. Never heard from him again would not return my phone calls and the shop was never open when it was supposed to be open. Had to work out of state for a while unfortunately when I came back I went in to retrieve my bike and found out he was using it as a parts bike. A lawsuit is in the process. I'd advise nobody to trust him with their business."
"I dropped in to talk to these guys as I am a local and they seemed knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. A week or so later I swung by because in the middle of installing a lowering kit on my Fatboy I goobered up a shock shaft nut. Jesse Disrud helped me out and even went so far as disassembling a softail shock they had lying around to give me the replacement nut, free of charge! I'll be taking future business to them, both experiences so far were very positive and I'm all about supporting local biz, especially an indy shop."
