"This review is long overdue, but here it is. The starter in my truck went out during a trip this summer on a Friday afternoon. I was towing a 32-foot travel trailer so things were complicated and I really needed my truck. The dealerships nearby were days if not weeks out before being able to get me in. Luckily for me a nice lady at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Sweet Home overheard my predicament and told me to see if "the boys" at Anderson Auto could help out. I got in touch with Jeremy and I'm lucky I did. He saved me when I needed it the most. I was able to order an OEM starter and pick it up from a dealership and then drop it and my truck off with Jeremy Friday night. HE CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF, on a Saturday, to get my truck fixed so I could hook back up to my trailer and get home! They are a dying breed of really great auto shops that can get the job done right. I really appreciated Jeremy and the rest of the staff's ability to help a total stranger out when I was in a pinch. Jeremy did a great job at what I believed to be a fair price. Because it was a Saturday the office was not open so I couldn't pay them. Jeremy and the shop trusted me enough to let me go on my way and follow-up with them on Monday to settle the bill. Who does that anymore? Well, Anderson does! What a great group of people who know what the heck they are doing. Thanks Jeremy and the gang at Anderson Auto Body!"

"Honest and Amazing work, on any job large or small. Redid Subaru motor with warped head, and runs great. Wiper washer wasn't working so asked them to replace it, but it was a broken hose and washer tank was leaking. Only charged me a few dollars for a new hose. (Gave 5 stars, but only showing 4.)"
