Yesterday, I had a damaged tooth pulled and bone graft for an implant. Besides the quality procedure I have come accustomed to, Doc played music while doing the procedure. And low and behold, it was the same Playlist I have as my favorite Playlist on AmazonMusic. Oral health isn't scary, especially with it being partnered with the Best Classic Rock. SIX STARS"

"So extremely upset! I've been coming to Umpqua Peridontics for years and never had a problem, especially when it was still Dr. Soder. In March I had an appointment for an extensive deep cleaning, after I was already in the chair and medicated, they told me that they have a new policy where you have to pay up front and shived a paper in front of me to sign. When it was over they wanted $1900.00 from me! I was shocked but they assured me they were sending it to my insurance and the insurance would send me a check to reimburse me. Needless to say that did not happen. When I called the office, the girl at the front desk was very confused as to why they would even work on all 4 quadrants at once because insurance will only cover more of it in two visits... they never disclosed this to me! I will NOT be returning, I feel completely ripped off. I will say the girl at the front desk seemed to feel bad for me and said she would speak to Dr. Soji. Unfortunately his response was "she signed the paper." Nice one Dr. Soji..Solid... do you rip off all of your patients?"

"Dr. Joshi is a periodontist who took and takes excellent care of my mouth's health, as well as continuing to earn my trust, by keeping me informed of processes even when I am or was in the "twilight zone" during surgeries. This included telling me when something he is or was doing is going to hurt during surgery. I have acute PTSD. It is not easy for me to allow for the intimate contact that dentistry involves. Once he was aware of the PTSD, and my need to have questions answered completely, Dr. Joshi always did so (and continues to do so) with gentle grace and humor.
