"Had my car taken in to have the front repaired after a really bad accident. Walked up the day he claimed it was supposed to be ready and was told that it would be another week before it was done. Was really upset as I was having a very hard time getting to work without a car. On my way out, I noticed what looked like my car completely covered in dust. Nothing was really making sense but kept trying to tell myself it would be okay and worth it in the end. About 5 days later I popped in again to see how things were going and was basically told that they made no progress. I began telling him the struggle I was having with work and that I needed my car back and couldnt wait anymore. I guess that was when he decided to just use zip ties to put my car back together because when my brother in law was finishing what he started, he informed me of all of the unprofessional, in proper work he did. Not only did he chip the original paint of my car while working on it but he also got dust all on the inside which confirmed what I believed to be my car covered in dust and took my $150 car DVD players off of the back of my head rests. When asked about all of it, he denied it all, claiming that the car was given back the exact way he received it. At that point I had to walk out because I knew he was lying and couldnt handle how unprofessional he was anymore. I know when I dropped my car off before work, I didnt touch or move anything. I don’t recommend this guy to anyone who really cares about and/or relies on their car. Really regret trusting this guy. If I could give 0 stars then I would"
