"I ordered a new header and exhaust for my 2011 Lotus Elise and it turned out that the parts did not fit perfectly into my car. There were many problems with the fitment such as the exhaust not fitting correctly into the mounts, exhaust pipe not coming out the rear center diffuser, and some other issues. Norman listened and analyzed the problem. He took me through his thought process of how he was going to fix the issues and showed me the steps he was going to take to make sure the fitment was going to work. Less than a week later my car was finished and everything fit perfectly! Thank you again Norman for getting me back into the car I love so much!!"
