"Management is terrible. Waited 45 minutes in line at the drive through. Only to get up to the window and they had "ran out" of the one drink we had ordered. Would not recommend to anyone unless there is no line and you're willing to wait 45+ minutes."
"Slowest drive through out of all the starbucks I have ever been to. I did a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 6:10. After the waiting in the drive through for 10 mins for one car(that only had one drink), my drink still wasn’t made at 6:20 and it was made incorrectly. I have given this starbucks multiple tries and each time their service and quality of drinks just seems to get worse."
"This Starbucks had absolutely no toilet paper in the women's restroom. When I told the front staff they said they new but they were totally out since they have been open a week. There is a drugstore across the street, send an employee over to buy some them, not just shrug your shoulders and say "we know but we don't have any". This was on Saturday September 23/23 around 11:30 am."
