"I keep getting charged for extra sauce packets when I only get 2, then today I use a deal on the McDonald's app for a free large fry and it went through BUT IT STILL STAYED THE SAME PRICE. Absolute scam."

"came in on December 21st for two mobile order pickups told the first person it was for two pickups, whoever was working the second window did not give me my second order. when I called back later they said they couldn't do anything and that I had to contact someone else but on the app it explicitly states that I have to contact the restaurant after I tried calling back later no one picked up the phone and let it ring for full phone call attempts. I understand that minimum wage means minimum effort but I'm getting tired of incompetent employees maybe if you offered a higher wage you could have some higher quality people working. it's not too difficult to put something in a bag and hand it to someone but apparently out in Sweet home it requires an advanced degree."

"If you avoid the high school lunch hours then you are golden. I was treated very well and got hot food and great service!! I use the app, so there's always good pricing or a deal to be had. Still the best American French Fries to ever exist!!"

"Food is average Mc D food if a bit slow (30 minutes to the table). It was not a busy afternoon on Sunday at 2 pm. Trash overflowing. The napkins were out of stock. The tea was out. The ketchup was out. The Dr pepper was out and there was an actual line queuing for Dr pepper. Well the bathroom was a mess, the floors were sprayed with something like cleaning stuff and it smelled nice enough but the floors were covered in slip and fall sauce of some sort and it was not mopped or posted with wet floors. Pretty sure the spray was just applied and left to refresh the smell. The staff was in back moaning and complaining about something and there seemed to be more staff than customers. The bathroom did have paper towels 5 stars for that."

"Swung by because we were hungry after a long day and had a lot drive home. Got them because it's always hot, the line moves fast, and the fries are salty. On the day the food was not hot (not even warm), the line was CRAWLING, and the fries were not salty. Bummer."
